RACE DISTANCES & COURSES
Olympic Triathlon
1500m swim, 20.7 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
Compete in the longest distance offered for this event. This challenging, hilly course will provide stunning views of southern Utah, and is a perfect training race if you are training for longer distances.
Sprint Triathlon
750m swim, 12.4 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
If you are new to triathlon, this is the distance for you! Compete in the fastest event offered, with the majority of participants racing in this distance!
Duathlon
5k run, 12.4 mile bike, 5K run
The start line for the 5K and Duathlon will be in the SW corner of the parking lot, next to the finish line.
Aquabike
1500m swim, 20.7 mile bike
Upon finishing the bike, athletes will run out of the transition area and turn left directly into the finish line chute.
Multi-sport Relay
2-3 person teams can compete together to complete the Olympic Triathlon Relay, Sprint Triathlon Relay or Sprint Duathlon Relay.
